2011 Conceptual Design Workshop
NB: Click to download Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) guidelines on unmanned aircraft and rocket operations. Schools are also advised to have the proper insurance in place for the use of UAVs.
As a lead in to the UAV Challenge for middle school students, Introduction to UAV has been created by two post graduate students from the University of South Australia. This project prepares students for the senior UAV Challenge through introductory design and build of a UAV.
