Acknowledgments

This document was produced as a means of sharing what we do at Valley View Secondary School with other C2C schools as well as schools interested in implementing a similar program for the first time. My release time was made possible by the NAMIG Inc. Curriculum Development Award (NICDA). 

This document is a framework only and is by no means static or all encompassing. It represents a snapshot of what is working for our students and the team of teachers involved at this point in time. Continual reflection, professional development and the particular needs of our students will shape how our C2C and C+C programs grow and look in the future.
