Technology Industry Association

The Technology Industry Association is a nonprofit, member based organisation in Adelaide. It aims to assist the development of the 400+ electronics companies in the State. TIA employs five staff and is spearheaded by an industry elected board.

It has a wealth of information about careers in electronics on its website http://www.tia.asn.au Topics include:

• starting salaries for electronics engineers
• employment prospects within the electronics industry
• the range of qualifications available with the electronics industry
• the annual EICTA Career Night in August
